बकरी के दूध से तैयार ब्ल्यू चीज़ न सिर्फ दिल के लिए अच्छा है अपने सोजिश और संक्रमण रोधी गुणों की

वजह से अंतड़ियों के लिए भी मुफीद रहता है .आर्थराइटीस और बुढ़ाने की प्रक्रिया को धीमा करता है .यह कमाल

 है इसमें मौजूद एक नीले हरे फफूंद का ,मोल्ड का जिसे कहा जाता है Penicillium roquefortie.इस

मोल्ड का पेंसिलिन से नजदीकी रिश्ता है तथा यह शरीर में हानिकार जीवाणुओं का मुकाबला  करता है .

इसमें संतृप्त वसा और कोलेस्टिरोल भी कमतर  रहता है गाय के  दूध के बरक्स .

लेकिन विटामिन A ,B ,केल्शियम आयरन और फोस्फोरस जैसे खनिज अपेक्षाकृत ज्यादा मात्रा में रहतें हैं .

सुपाच्य होने की वजह से यह उन लोगों को भी माफिक आता है जो Lactose intolerant हैं.

BLUE CHEESE PROTECTS AGAINST HEART DISEASE

Blue cheese -known for its mould and blue green veins -has anti -inflammatory properties that can

ward off heart diseases .The cheese goes through a process as it ripens that is good for the gut

,slowing arthritis and signs of ageing ,such as cellulite.

Blue cheese might look unusual, but it offers great health benefits. Blue cheese has a blue or blue-green mold running through it called Penicillium roqueforti. Surprised the name sounds like the common antibiotic? The mold is, in fact, related to penicillin and fights harmful bacteria in the body. In addition, blue cheese contains goat's milk rather than cow's milk, which is healthier in several ways. According to the American Dairy Goat Association, goat's milk has less saturated fat and cholesterol but is higher in vitamins A and B, calcium, iron and phosphorus. Consequently, it is easier to digest than cheese made from cow's milk, so it is often a better match for those who are lactose intolerant.

Helps Prevent Diseases











  • Cheese can help prevent breast cancer and other conditions.

    The high calcium content of cheese helps prevent bone loss and migraine

    headaches. Additionally, calcium can reduce premenstrual syndrome symptoms

     during the second half of the menstrual cycle. Calcium also helps prevent blood clotting and

    breast cancer while promoting muscle contraction and regulating blood pressure. A French


    study claims that women who increased their calcium intake experienced a 50 percent
    reduction in breast cancer, and those who were pre-menstrual experienced a 74 percent reduction. One oz. of blue cheese provides 18.3 percent of the minimum daily calcium requirement.

Assists Growth in Girls








  • Healthy bones are essential to growth.

    According to a study in the "American Journal of Clinical Nutrition," young

    females experiencing rapid growth spurts associated with puberty benefit more

    from the calcium in dairy products such as cheese than from calcium supplements. At the conclusion of the study, girls who derived their calcium from cheese had higher "whole-body bone mineral density" and "cortical thickness of the tibia" than those taking calcium supplements. In other words, calcium from cheese better promotes growth and bone strength.

Greek dishes. It has a warm and slightly bitter taste and it is a must ingredient of the Italian pizza sauce.

There are several species of Oregano plants but climate and soil composition has the most important effect 

on the flavor of the aromatic oil contained in the plants' leaves. Dried leaves seam to be more flavorful than green ones.

Oregano leaves and flowering stem has been used as medicinal herb since thousands of years back. You can 

grow Oregano in a container or a flower pot or you can buy Oregano oil from your local health food store.

Oregano oil is an important volatile oil obtained from the plant's leaves and contains precious chemical 

constituents like carvacrol, thymol, limonene, pinene, ocimene, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, niacin, 

riboflavin and is also rich in vitamins. The plant is a powerful anti-microbial, anti-parasitic, a natural 

antibiotic and antioxidant, stimulant and mild tonic.

Blocking a single blood vessel in the brain can harm neural tissue ,alter behaviour and raise risk of 

Alzheimer's , a new study has claimed ,suggesting that even a tiny stroke can lead to disability .The study was 

published in the journal Nature Neuroscience.

जहां तक दन्तावली का सवाल है चीनी आखिर चीनी ही है खट्टे रसीले फलों के साथ मिलके यह जो पेचीला रसायन रूप प्रस्तुत  करती 

है वह मुक्तावली के लिए भला नहीं है .ताज़े फल ही भले स्मूदी से .

MORE SUGAR IN SMOOTHIES THAN COLA 

Smoothies contain more sugar than a glass of cola (sugary drink),an investigation has revealed .

The fruit drinks are seen as a healthy alternative to fizzy pop but eight out of ten are sweeter than the same 

amount of Coco-Cola .A  company's pineapple, mango and passion fruit smoothi was put to the test and found

 to contain the most sugar -36.75 gm per 250 ml and the equivalent of seven teaspoons-while the same 

amount of Coke contains 26.5 g.

This was true for several drinks .

Dentist Paul Diss added :


"As far as tooth decay is concerned ,sugar is sugar .Combined with an acidic drink made of citrus fruit ,it can 

be particularly damaging to teeth ."

All 52 smoothies tested were higher in calories than 250 ml of Coke ,which has 105 calories.
