आज बांका विधानसभा क्षेत्र में बोलते हुए मोदी ने कहा हमने जो बिहार के लिए एक लाख पैंषठ करोड़ रूपये का अनुदान प्रस्तावित किया था ,महाठगबंधन के लोग उसका मज़ाक उड़ा रहे हैं। यह पैसा केंद्र द्वारा किया गया कोई एहसान नहीं है। यह पैसा बिहार के लोगों का हक़ बनता है जो बिहार के लोगों को अब तक नहीं मिला। हमें इस बात का विश्वास नहीं है ,जो लोग अहंकार वश पहले भेजी गई सहायता राशि को लौटा सकते हैं ,कल इस सहायता राशि को लोगों तक जाने भी देंगें ,इस पर शक है।

जो लोग फ़र्ज़ी बिल बनाकर मूक पशुओं को ठग सकते हैं ,उनका चारा खा सकते हैं ,कल को वे आपस में बांटकर इस

का दुरोपयोग कल लें इसकी क्या गारंटी है। चारा खाकर मुंह में बीड़ा फंसाकर हुप्प हुप्प करने वाले लालउद्दीन जब बोलते हैं तो ऐसा लगता है ,गाँव की सरहद पर आकर कोई लक्कड़बग्घा बोल रहा है.ऐसी आवाज़ इंसानों की हो नहीं सकती। जो व्यक्ति इसी मुद्रा में १५ वर्षों तक बिहार का मुख्यमंत्री रहा हो वह गैर -संविधानिक भाषा का इस्तेमाल लगभग गाली देने की मुद्रा में संविधानिक पद प्रतिष्ठा को धारण करने वाले व्यक्तियों को जल्लाद और नरभक्षी कहता हो वह तो पूरे बिहार का अपमान करता है।

बिहार के लोग तो इतने अभद्र नहीं हैं जितने लालउद्दीन हैं। फिर जाति और मज़हब को मिलाकर वोट की उत्तेजना पैदा करने वाला व्यक्ति लालुद्दीन चुनाव आयोग की मर्यादाओं का भी उल्लंघन अदबदाकर कर रहा है ताकि आयोग इन्हें फटकारे और इन्हें सहानूभूति वोट मिलें। जमानत पर घूम रहे इस आदमी की झोली आज बिलकुल खाली है।

कभी लालकृष्ण आडवाणी को पाकिस्तानी मूल का कहकर अखंड भारत के इतिहास को कलंकित करने वाला यह बदजुबान लालुद्दीन अगर किसी और लोकतांत्रिक देश में होता तो केवल इसी राष्ट्रीय अपराध पर जेल की सींखचों के पीछे होता। यूं ये अब भी जमानत पर है बिहार की जनता इस बात को न भूले।

भाषण के नाम पर पशुओं की सी आवाज़ निकालने वाला यह आदमी (यदि सचमुच में है )तो भारत के एक मसखरे से ज्यादा हैसियत नहीं रखता। जब इसको सुनकर अन्य प्रांतों के प्रबुद्धजन शर्मसार महसूस करते हैं ,तो इसके पुत्र -पुत्रियां ,दामाद ,स्वयं को कैसा महसूस करते होंगे ,ये उनके परिवार का कैसा मुखिया है।

कमसे काम उत्तर प्रदेश के दामाद और समधी ने इस आदमी का विरोध कर स्वयं को इसकी हरकतों से दूर कर लिया है। पत्नी की बात तो छोड़िये उसकी मजबूरी तो समझ में आती है ,बाकी अंदर ही अंदर घुट रहे पुत्र -पुत्रियां ,दामाद ,तथा समधी अपनी व्यथा किससे कहें। ये लालु प्रसाद को खुद सोचना चाहिए।

जिसने जीभ को जीत लिया उसने सबको जीत लिया। ये जीभ ही अजीब है इसका बोलना भी खराब है खाना भी अपनी सी पे आये तो चारे की तो बात ही क्या सामने वाले आदमी को भी खा जाए। सारी योजना ही इस जीभ के लिए है। वाणी के वेग को सम्भालना सबसे बड़ी बात है। समर्पण से वोट भगवान मिलते हैं सर्कस ,से नहीं।

‘Arrogant’ Nitish Kumar will return the money I will give for Bihar: Modi at Banka rally

It will be double celebration in Bihar this Diwali, one for the festival and other for the poll results, according to Prime Minister Narendra Modi who was campaigning in Banka on Friday.

Addressing his first rally in the state after the polls dates were announced, Modi said, “There will be two Diwali celebrations this time in Bihar. One will be on the day of the festival and second on the day of poll results.”

The Prime Minister also took a dig at his rivals for doubting the delivery of the financial package for Bihar announced by him.

“Some people are raising questions on the Rs 1.65 lakh crore package announced by me. They are asking whether it will come or not. Should a single rupee be given to the present government. Will it reach you?

At Banka rally, ‘Vikasvad’ is Modi’s Bihar poll punchline

Addressing his first rally in Bihar after the election dates were announced last month, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday laid out the contours of theBJP’s blueprint with the slogan “Vikasvad Zindabad”, targeting the youth and the poor with the promise of development.

Focussing mostly on the “progress of Bihar”, Modi said that he would create opportunities for youth in their backyard so that they do not have to leave their aged parents behind in search of jobs.

“The country’s progress is directly linked to Bihar’s progress,” the Prime Minister said in Banka.

However, contrary to expectations, Modi did not react to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat’s remarks on the caste-based reservation system or RJD chief Lalu Prasad’s response that this election had become a “backward versus forward” fight.

In fact, Modi did not name Lalu Prasad or JD-U leader and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar even once during his 37-minute speech.

Modi had last addressed a rally in the state on September 1 at Bhagalpur and this time, despite an initial technical glitch with the mike, he started by invoking the birth anniversaries of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri before taking on the JD-U government.

“Bihar has seen ahankarvad (politics of arrogance) and fascism, people should now vote for vikasvad, which alone is the theme of this election. Vikasvad Zindabad. The solution to all our problems is development. I want to give employment to youth in their state so that they can live with their aged parents. Do not trust the bad as it produces only bad,” said the PM.

Referring indirectly to Nitish’s allegations of the BJP being a party of the rich, Modi listed the Centre’s pro-poor schemes.

“We started the Beti Bachao-Beti Padhao scheme. Is it not for the daughters of the poor? Why did anyone not think of it before? I have assured 24-hour power supply to every household in Bihar. Is it not for the poor? The rich get electricity, anyway. We have been talking of giving pucca houses for everyone by 2022, on the completion of the 75th year of our Independence. Is it not for the poor?” Modi said.

Modi said the Centre had no faith that the Bihar Chief Minister would utilise its special package for the state, and referred to the Kosi floods of 2008.

“Who knows whether the gentleman who returned the Kosi flood relief cheque given by the Gujarat government will refuse to accept the special package of Rs 1.25 lakh crore. The package was the right of the people of Bihar but I wonder why past governments could not give it and I got the honour of doing it,” said Modi.

The Prime Minister also highlighted how Mudra banks had been extending loans to vegetables-sellers and other small-income traders to break the monopoly of money-lenders.

Elaborating on how a change of government can make a difference, the PM said he would not compare Bihar to states like Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Goa and Maharashtra but to BJP-ruled Jharkhand. “The World Bank conducted a survey on industry-friendly states last year and had found Bihar at 27th position and Jharkhand on 29. The World Bank conducted a fresh survey and found that while Bihar remained at 29, Jharkhand had jumped to the third position,” said Modi.

He added that while there were reports of 300 deaths in Bihar caused by the parasitic disease Kala Azar, Jharkhand reported only 25 casualties.

BJP legislature party leader Sushil Kumar Modi, meanwhile, promised that if the NDA came to power, it would distribute laptops to 50,000 students who did well in Class 10 and Plus-2 and Scootys with fuel expenses to 5,000 girl students.

The enthusiastic response to the Banka rally carries special significance for the BJP which had lost the parliamentary seat to RJD in the 2014 Lok Sabhaelections.
