दोस्तों गत दशकों में कांग्रेस ने जो बीज बोया था वह वृक्ष बन चुका है उसी का एक कड़वा फल है केजरवाल (केजर बवाल ),इसी सोच के अन्य लोग . भारत धर्मी समाज आज हतप्रभ है शर्मिंदा है वह खुद से कि वह एक ऐसे  देश में क्यों हैं -जहां राजनीति के धंधे बाज क्रांतिकारियों और आतंकियों में फर्क करना भूल गए हैं और देशद्रोह के भड़काऊ नारों को अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी बतला रहें हैं। 

उस शहजादे का बुरा वक्त आ चुका है जो  अब बोलने तो लगा है लेकिन  लगातार अभिव्यक्ति की आज़ादी के नाम पर जहर उगल रहा है। यही वह घियासुद्दीन गाज़ी उर्फ़ गंगाधर नेहरू का वंशज है जो खुद को क्रांतिवीरों का खून बतला रहा है। 

दोस्तों आप भी देख लो कैसे होते हैं ये रक्तरंगी वोटखोर। 

इसी स्थिति में किसी शायर ने ये उदगार तत्कालीन पाकिस्तान के सन्दर्भ में अभिव्यक्त किये था जो लगातार ऐसे ही मोरोंस के  हाथों की कठपुतली बना हुआ था। पाकिस्तान का क्या हुआ इसे  आज दुनिया देख रही है। 

इस भारत देश का क्या हो सकता है इसे भारतधर्मी समाज साफ़ साफ़ देख रहा है। 

तुष्टिकरण खा गया इस देश को। रक्तरंगी वोटखोर बघनखे खोले खड़े हैं ,शहजादे को आगे किया हुआ है। बिहार तो गया जंगलराज के हाथों अब पश्चिमी बंगाल की बारी है।

Amit Shah accuses Rahul Gandhi of supporting ‘anti-nationals’ 


In a scathing attack on Rahul Gandhi over the JNU row, BJP chief Amit Shah on Monday said he had “proved” that national interest had no place in his mind and asked if the Congress vice president had joined hands with separatist forces and wanted another division of India. 


Speaking on the raging controversy for the first time, Shah asked Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Rahul a host of questions and demanded that he apologise or his stand on the JNU issue, saying support to anti-national forces in the name of the Left’s progressive ideology is not acceptable.

The BJP president’s tough stand indicates that the party is willing to slug it out with Congress and other opposition parties over an issue it believes will help reaffirm its nationalist credentials and put the opposition in a corner.

“An attempt was made to defame a leading university in the national capital by turning it into a centre which encourages terrorism and separatism. I want to ask Rahul Gandhi if it would be in national interest had the central government kept quiet?

“Are you not encouraging traitors by protesting in support of these anti-nationals?”, Shah wrote in a blog.

Noting that slogans like ‘Pakistan zindabad’, ‘go India go back’ and those in support of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru, Kashmir’s independence and India’s destruction were raised in JNU, he wondered if the Congress leader had joined  hands with separatists.

“Does he want another division of India by giving a free run to separatists in the name of freedom of expression? The kind of statements the Congress vice president and other leaders of his party have made in JNU have proved again that national interest has no place in their mind,” Shah said. He said Congress was in despair and frustrated over the success of the Modi government and its leaders were unable to decide how they can play the role of a responsible opposition. He claimed that Modi government has succeeded in “controlling anti-national sentiments” even in Kashmir but Congress was fuelling the “shameful incident” in JNU despite being the main opposition party. “I seek answers from Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and vice president Rahul Gandhi to my questions on behalf of 125 crore countrymen and also demand that Rahul Gandhi apologise to the country for his action,” he said. Shah alleged that Rahul Gandhi “in his despair” was unable to distinguish between what is against national interest and what is in its favour and asserted that what happened in JNU could never be said to be in the interest of country. 

He wondered if this was the definition of patriotism for him and accused him of showing insensitivity to the country’s integrity by projecting “treason as student revolution” and action against this treason as suppression of the freedom of expression. The Congress leader had visited the JNU campus on Saturday and hit out at the government over a student leader’s arrest, virtually drawing a parallel of its conduct with the regime of Hitler and accusing it suppressing students’ voice. Hitting back, the BJP chief said the nearest independent India came to be identified with Hitler’s Germany was when Indira Gandhi imposed Emergency in 1975. “Hitler-waad (Hitlerism) is in the DNA of Congress. BJP does not need to learn nationalism and democratic values from Congress. I want to asked Rahul Gandhi if 1975’s Emergency defines the democratic values of his party and does he not recognise Indira Gandhi’s mindset as that of Hitler?” he asked. He noted that the accused students glorified Guru who was convicted in the case of Parliament attack in which six Delhi police personnel, two Parliament security personnel and a gardener had died.

“I will ask him if he will give a similar tribute to 10 soldiers, including Lance Naik Hanumanthappa, who sacrificed their lives in Siachen recently,” he said.

JNU row: Cong, Left join protest, seek release of the student

Rahul Gandhi and other political leaders today joined the protest at JNU to demand the release of the student leader, who has been arrested on sedition charge, with the government insisting that the premier university cannot be allowed to be a "hub of anti-national" activities.

A day after JNU students' Union (JNUSU) President Kanhaiya Kumar was arrested in a sedition case over an event at the varsity's campus against hanging of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru, CPI(M) leader Sitaram Yechury, CPI National Secretary D Raja and JD(U) spokesperson K C Tyagi met Home Minister Rajnath Singh here to demand his release.

The JNU row became another point of political tussle with Rahul Gandhi asserting that "most anti-national people are those who are suppressing the voice of students in this institution" and BJP saying that Congress vice president and his friends are "speaking in the voice of LeT terrorist Hafiz Sayeed who had tweeted in support of anti-India event in JNU".

Gandhi and the opposition leaders also attended a meet organised by the JNUSU demanding "immediate and unconditional release of students union president, end to police raj on the campus and witch-hunting of JNU students". Gandhi was shown black flags by a group of ABVP members.

Asserting that JNU cannot be allowed to be a "hub of anti-national activities", Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju said freedom of expression cannot be "absolute and unqualified and reasonable restriction" has to be there.

"This was an unfortunate incident. But these are not small kids who don't know what they do. In the name of freedom of speech you can't abuse the nation," the minister added.

Meanwhile, the Chancellor of the university, K Kasturirangan, today visited the campus and took stock of the situation even as four Deans of JNU wrote to VC Jagdesh Kumar to protest against the manner in which police "crackdown" was "allowed by the university".

After meeting Rajnath, Yechury said,"We met the Home Minister and apprised him about the tense atmosphere in JNU at present. Delhi Police has released a list of 20 students in connection with the event, which also includes D Raja's daughter, but we are asking are they seen in the video shouting slogans?."

BJP will urge Congress to not insult our martyrs for political reason, BJP national secretary Shrikant Sharma said - 


Hitting out at Rahul Gandhi and other opposition leaders who have criticised the arrest of a JNU student leader, BJP on Saturday alleged that they were speaking in the voice of terror outfit LeT which was an insult to the martyrs and would boost the morale of anti-national forces. 

BJP claimed that the “anti-India” march on JNU campus by a handful of people had invited country-wide condemnation but Congress and other opposition parties were targeting the Modi government due to their “political malice” and vote bank politics.

“Rahul Gandhi and his friends are speaking in the voice of LeT terrorist Hafiz Sayeed who had tweeted in support of anti-India event in JNU. It is an insult to our martyrs and armed forces who sacrifice their lives on the border and will boost the morale of anti-national forces.

“JNU has produced many intellectuals and bureaucrats. A handful of people there have given anti-India speeches. Law is taking its course. BJP will urge Congress to not insult our martyrs for political reason,” BJP national secretary Shrikant Sharma said. Referring to the recent deaths of army personnel, he said it was unfortunate that while soldiers sacrificed their lives on the border, anti-India slogans were raised and terrorists hailed as martyrs in an institution like JNU. Reacting to the arrest of the student leader over the controversial JNU event, Gandhi had said, “Modi Govt and ABVP bullying an institution like JNU, because it won’t toe their line is completely condemnable.” “While Anti-India sentiment is unquestionably unacceptable, the right to dissent & debate is an essential ingredient of democracy,” the Congress leader had said. Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a tweet had said, “No one supports anti-national forces. But targeting innocent students using that as an excuse will prove very costly to Modi government”.

BJP spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi said efforts to give “ideological cover” to violence and anti-India activities cannot be allowed. “The way foul language was used against the Prime Minister…a group of students is trying to damage the dignity of an institution like JNU in the name of cultural agitation,” he said. Against the backdrop of claims made by Pakistani-American terrorist David Headley on Ishrat Jahan, Trivedi slammed the JD(U) for joining opposition parties in raising the JNU issue, saying it had termed her as the “daughter of Bihar”. “At a time when Bihar is being criminalised, JD(U) is joining others on the JNU issue…we won’t allow any atrocity on students but at the same time we can’t let go anti-nationals,” he said. Sharma accusing Congress of doing politics over terrorism and said the recent comment of a top former IB officer had “exposed” the opposition party. “Even in 26/11 terror attack in Mumbai, Congress had alluded to the involvement of RSS,” Sharma said.

जनेऊ की लेफ्टिस्ट -राहुल प्रायोजित नौटंकी के बारे में भारतवासी ठंडे दिमाग से कुछ सवाल पूछ रहे हैं :

(१)क्या सोनिया ने राहुल को अपना दूध पिलाया था और यदि राहुल ने दूध पीया था अपनी अम्मा का तब उस समय जबकि यूपीए की ही सरकार थी और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले पे अमल करवाया था शिंदे साहब ने   और नतीज़न उस फैसले के अफजल गुरु को फांसी दी गई थी तब राहुल ने विरोध क्यों नहीं किया था सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस फैसले का  और आज क्यों आतंकी अफज़ल के समर्थन में खड़े हैं मायनो पुत्र राहुल। गांधी के वंशज तो ये हैं नहीं क्योंकि पारसियों में कोई गांधी गोत्रीय  नहीं हैं।  

(२) ये दूध भारत का नहीं हो सकता जो खुले आम आतंकी सोच के पक्ष में जनेऊ में भड़काऊ बयान दे रहा है। 

(३) भारत की जनता ऐसा मानती है जब तक लेफ्टीयों की विचारधारा के इस गढ़ का नाम नेहरू के नाम पर रहेगा ये विश्वविद्यालय आतंकवाद समर्थक वर्णसंकर ही पैदा करता रहेगा लिहाज़ा इसका नाम नेताजी सुभाषचन्द्र बोष विश्वविद्यालय कर दिया जाए। 

(४) भारत की जनता यह भी जानना चाहती है -तीश्ताशीतलवाड़ ,इशरतजहां और सोनिया मायनो का आपस में क्या रिश्ता रहा है। सोनिया ने इशरतजहाँ के समर्थन में मुहीम चलवाकर बेक़सूर वंजारा को सजा दिलवाई थी। और नीतीश ने इशरत को बिहार की बेटी बतलाकर गत बिहार विधान सभा चुनाव में वोट मांगे थे। अच्छा हुआ बीजेपी हार गई उन चुनावों में ,इन आतंकवाद समर्थक लोगों की मंशा अब सामने आ चुकी है बिहार में नवीनतम हत्या बीजेपी के वाइस प्रेजिडेंट की हुई है खुला खेल फरुख्खाबादी हैं यहां लालू सोच के लोगों के लिए। केजरबवाल और नीतीश की सोच के लोगों के लिए। 

(५ ) भारत  की जनता मांग करती है सुप्रीम कोर्ट अफजल मामले का सुओ मोटो नोटिस ले तथा राहुल और उनकी अम्मा पर देश द्रोह का मुकदमा चलाये जिन्होंने इशरत की आड़ में मोदी को ठिकाने लगाने का अपनी तरफ से पक्का इंतज़ाम किया हुआ था। पाकिस्तानी अमरीकी आतंकी हेडली के बयानों ने दूध का दूध और पानी का पानी कर दिया है। 

(६ )मुद्दई  लाख बुरा चाहे क्या तो होता है ,होता वही है ,जो मंजूरे  खुदा होता है। 

(७)इस देश की जनता बेलट में यकीन करती है ये महाठगबंधनिये एक बार फिर पश्चिमी बंगाल में जमा होने को आतुर हैं जनता सावधान रहे देश भक्तों के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोलने वाले इन शातिरों से।

(८) भारत धर्मी समाज यह जानता है और अच्छी तरह से मानता है ,पहली मर्तबा देश में देशभक्तों की सरकार बनी है इसलिए इन वर्ण सैंकड़ों के पेट में दर्द है। सारे मौसेरे एक जगह चले आये हैं।

Gandhi's remarks came within hours of the arrest of JNU Students' Union President Kanhaiya Kumar in a sedition case over an event at the varsity campus against hanging of Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru, sparking massive outrage among students and criticism from non-BJP parties which dubbed it as an "emergency-like" situation.

Kumar was arrested and later remanded to three-day police custody by a local court, a day after police filed a sedition and criminal conspiracy case against him on complaints from BJP MP Maheish Girri and ABVP members.

A meeting was organised on Tuesday on the JNU campus where a group of students 

mourned the hanging of parliament attack convict Afzal Guru and Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) co-founder Maqbool Bhat and shouted anti-India slogans.

Apologise to Nation, BJP Tells Sonia, Rahul

NEW DELHI:  The BJP on Thursday asked Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi to apologise for the consistent campaign against Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the encounter killing of Ishrat Jahan. The party said it was now proved that Jahan was a Lashkar operative as it was revealed in David Headley’s testimony.

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh asked the Congress, Left and other opposition parties if they were prepared to apologise to the nation for their “malicious campaign” against Modi over the killing of Ishrat Jahan in an encounter in Gujarat in 2004. The BJP also fielded its spokespersons to attack the then UPA government saying it weakened the fight against terrorism and politicised the issue. BJP spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain attacked the “secular brigade” and took a dig at Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for using Jahan’s killing as an issue during the recent Bihar Assembly polls by terming her a ‘Bihar ki beti’.

“If Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have any “shame” left, then they must apologise to the nation,” BJP secretary Shrikant Sharma said in a press conference. He said their campaign was meant to defame Modi as part of a political conspiracy.

It is clear that she and her associates were on a mission to kill Modi and attack religious places, the BJP leader said.

“Police personnel who fought terrorists risking their lives were put behind bars by the then UPA government and security agencies like CBI and IB were politicised... Headley’s deposition that she was an LeT suicide bomber has unmasked those who do politics over terrorism. We do not expect any morality from Congress. But if Sonia and her son Rahul Gandhi, who is a champion in politics of conspiracy, have any shame left, then they must apologise to the nation,” Sharma demanded. Another party spokesperson, Nalin Kohli noted that the LeT had portrayed her as a “martyr” on its website but “government agencies at the time were put at war with each other and attempts were made at fixing (framing) individuals... instead of finding the truth”.

BJP also cited comments of Congress leaders questioning the Batla House encounter to attack the opposition party. “It has become clear that the Congress played with national security. It is the height of hate politics,” he said.

Given three options by special public prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam and asked to pick the right one, 26/11 scout David Coleman Headley told a special court in Mumbai Thursday that he thought Ishrat Jahan was the woman who was killed in an unsuccessful Lashkar-e-Toiba operation in Gujarat. 

Headley made the same claim in 2010 before the FBI and NIA that he had been told Ishrat was a Lashkar member.

Nineteen-year-old Ishrat from Mumbra near Mumbai was killed in an alleged fake encounter in 2004 by the Gujarat police on the outskirts of Ahmedabad. Although police claimed that Ishrat and her associates were Lashkar operatives who planned to kill Narendra Modi, the then Gujarat chief minister, a CBI probe later rejected the claim and concluded that the encounter had been staged.

As Headley, deposing from the United States via video conference, pointed to Ishrat, a political storm erupted with the BJP and Congress trading charges. Addressing a rally in Thiruvananthapuram, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh asked the Congress, Left and other Opposition parties if they were prepared to apologise to the nation for their “malicious campaign” against Modi over the killing of Ishrat. “You must have heard what Headley has said in his deposition. Using Ishrat Jahan’s name, allegations were made against our party leaders. On that matter, Headley has clearly stated that she (Ishrat) had links with LeT,” he said. “I want to ask Congress, Communists and other parties who had continuously launched a malicious campaign to mislead people on this issue, whether they are prepared to tender an apology to the people of the country,” he said. Earlier, he told reporters that Headley’s testimony had “exposed Pakistan” but “we still want to maintain cordial relationship with the neighbouring country”. In New Delhi, Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju told reporters: “Whatever revelations have come, all are good for the Government of India, security agencies and prosecution.” Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said: “Raising doubts over Headley’s statement for serving personal petty politics would tantamount to anti-national. This is the first time a credible witness has directly indicted Pakistan for sponsoring terrorist activity in India. And if we raise doubts, it would directly help Pakistan.” The Congress hit back, dismissing the BJP demand that Sonia Gandhi and the party apologise. Manish Tewari said the “fundamental question” was whether Ishrat and her associates were killed in a fake encounter. 

“If BJP wants to stand with those who have been accused by the CBI in a Gujarat High Court-monitored process that they were accused or complicit in the fake encounter… they can go and stand with them in a court of law,” he said. “There is nothing which stops BJP from doing that. We are not a banana republic, we are a country based on the rule of law and the rule of law does not permit fake encounters.” Tewari said there were two separate and distinct issues — the first is whether Ishrat and her associates were LeT operatives or not. “In the light of David Headley’s statement, if the Government wants to investigate the matter further with regard to their credentials, there is absolutely nothing which is stopping the Government,” he said. But the “fundamental question”, he said, remained whether Ishrat and her associates were killed in a “fake encounter”. 

“If a person is a terrorist, he needs to be arrested, he needs to be tried, he needs to be brought to justice like Afzal Guru was brought to justice or Ajmal Kasab was brought to justice. But to try and justify a fake encounter, I am afraid, is something which the law does not permit,” he said. In a statement, Vrinda Grover, the lawyer representing Ishrat’s mother Shamima Kausar, said the prosecutor “cannot give multiple choice questions, ask him leading questions and extract an answer. The statement of an approver is an inherently weak piece of evidence and requires corroboration in all material particulars”.
