Subarachnoid hemorrhage
जब दिमाग की सतह पर या सतह के निकट ही कोई दिमागी धमनी अचानक फट जाती है और रक्त-स्राव सतह और कपाल (खोपडी ) के अंतराल में फ़ैल जाता है तब इस प्रकार का आघात हो गया समझो। इसका लक्षण तेज़ सिरदर्द के रूप में मुखरित होता है।
In a subarachnoid hemorrhage, an artery on or near the surface of your brain bursts and spills into the space between the surface of your brain and your skull. This bleeding is often signaled by a sudden, severe headache.
A subarachnoid hemorrhage is commonly caused by the bursting of a small sack-shaped or berry-shaped aneurysm. After the hemorrhage, the blood vessels in your brain may widen and narrow erratically (vasospasm), causing brain cell damage by further limiting blood flow.
